Project Description:
VESP was a pitch project that I worked on at CMU’s ETC during the Spring Semester of 2021. The project’s inception began in September 2020, and we were approved for development in November 2020. Starting in January 2021, we began rapidly prototyping a series of animal sense experiences. By May 2021, we had consolidated and polished our prototypes into a singular experience that brought guests new insights into animal perception and the world around them.
Role: Sound Designer and Composer
Responsibilities:
Designing, recording, finding, manipulating, processing, mixing all sonic assets for the experience.
Writing, recording, and mixing the game’s music.
Recording and mixing the voice-over of our docent actor.
FMOD Integration and Unity Implementation.
Post Production sound design and music for our documentation and trailer.
Game Design contributions.
Playtesting contributions.
